The farmers Butchery is part of the Jerakala Foundation, a family owned, vertically integrated enterprise and one of a few closed beef supply chains of its kind in Australia. Located in the North Burnett region of Queensland, we breed, grow, process, value-add, and retail our own beef. We are a low stress facility and process in the traditional Australian way. We are NOT Halal certified. All of our pork is sourced from local farmers and our small goods are wood-smoked in-house at our Eidsvold butchery. Our main shop is located in Eidsvold, Queensland and we have farmers market outlets at:
- Urangan Pier Park Community markets in Hervey Bay every Saturday morning
- Shalom Markets in Bundaberg every Sunday morning
- Eumundi Markets on the Sunshine Coast every Wednesday morning
